Charlie Gordon Lennox

James Du Boulay

James has worked in Capital Markets for nearly 30 years (across a wide range of structures, asset classes, and geographies) during which time he has personally raised over £1.5bn. More recently he has focussed on Series A+ funding for existing portfolio companies within Fuel Ventures (a Seed stage investor focussed on globally scalable marketplaces, e-commerce, D2C, platforms, software (SaaS) and transactional technologies). During his career in finance, he has worked at ABN AMRO, JO Hambro Inv Mgmt., Shore Capital among others and currently works for Fuel Ventures.”

Rob Macaire CMG

Rob has extensive public sector experience in the Ministry of Defence and then HM Diplomatic Service, most recently as British Ambassador to Iran. His previous diplomatic career included postings to Bucharest, Washington DC, New Delhi and Nairobi, Kenya (where he was High Commissioner). He has worked on conflict management, counterterrorism, international development, consular services, and commercial diplomacy. Rob took leave from the Foreign Office from 2011-15 to work for BG Group plc, as Director for Political Risk, and having left the Diplomatic Service is now working as Chief Adviser, UK and International in Rio Tinto.
